[Transport] Singapore: Free Subway Fares; San Francisco Transit Strike Continues

The congested subway system of Singapore is offering free rides to 
weekday commuters, who arrive Downtown on a train by 7:45 a.m.

Bay Area transit officials warned commuters late Wednesday to make alternate transit plans on the July 
Fourth holiday as rail workers are expected to continue their strike.
