[Transit-allegheny] Fwd: Mass-transit bill approved in Illinois

Chicago mass transit funding has been in peril, just
like funding in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. Illinois
legislators just passed legislation to provide more
transit funding for Chicago AND provide free rides to
